Diversity
The Diversity Committee encourages people of diverse communities and backgrounds to join AFP. We need to be an association that is as diverse as the people represented by the organizations for which we work. AFP has long supported the inclusion of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds in the profession of fundraising. Initiatives have varied widely over the years to help this happen.
